    Approaching T3, Jacobs is defending against Horrill who manages to pull alongside Jacobs into the braking zone. Horrill is on the outside of Jacobs going into the corner and cuts across Jacobs in the corner. Horrill fails to leave sufficient room for Jacobs [1 car width] and makes contact. Although neither driver loses much time, this is unacceptable driving by Horrill and could have resulted in a more serious incident. This was avoidable and Horrill should have been more aware of his position on track in relation to Jacobs
