EIRE announced the signing of Kieran Ryan as driver for the remainder of the 2003 season. The driver from Dublin, Ireland, will try to secure as many points as possible to help team mate Wilkinson win the championship and EIRE secure the 3rd place against Phoenix F1.

Ryan had the following to say:

''It feels so great to finally get back into this league, especially with my good buddy Will at the helm. He flew over to Dublin in June; we met up for a few drinks, got to talking and got me to seriously consider joining his team. I was quite busy at that stage as I had just joined Red Devil over in the Euroboss league, having a good lot of success I may add. I decided to rejoin as I felt this time, I could do it right!

My team mate, as always seems to be a champion in the making, so I know how it feels, but I'll try and do everything in my power to help Daniel to as many points as he can get to hopefully reach our ultimate goal of the championship. This team has come a long way from last years frequent back row positions, to winning races, F1 has a strange way of turning itself around!''

William Ponissi was also really happy, and introduced the driver to the press:

"Kieran is fast, reliable and a good friend. I am sure he'll help us succeed in the last 4 races of the championship. Now, every single point becomes important, and having a skilled and experienced driver behind the wheel will certainly help the whole of the team."
