It seems Woods Racing always have races with mixed results.

This week, Chris Goodley took 13th and the team's second lump of prize money, but William Ponissi finished 20th with two broken fingers forcing him to pull out.

"It's a shame for William as he's likely to miss his big football match as well as missing some racing," said Oliver Woods, "but I know that when he's fit he will be back and will do the team proud. I'm happy with Chris too - he's got us some more money, but we're getting to the stage where we need points.

We're joint last with 0, and even for a first year that isn't good enough.

I'm hoping that Vince Keersmaekers, our stand-in for Will at Monaco, can help to achieve this with Chris. We'll see what happens."
