The Canadian Grand Prix didn?t quite go like the FinOz team had planned. Both cars were in the points, but after pole and win at the European GP the team were looking for a bit more than 5th and 8th from Canada.

Team manger Kari Koski commented FinOz Montreal race and upcoming Indianapolis event:

?We are here for our first season and this is called learning; we learned a lot again from this track, the setups and from our car. We made small tactical mistake with both of our drivers and this was the ?penalty? we had to pay, we just weren?t fast enough on straight line speed and then the overtaking is almost impossible".

Koski fought hard for 8th place and 1 point

Elencevski fast - but not fast enough in Canada

"Next race at Indianapolis is also very tricky for the setup as you have to make big compromise between the fast section at the oval and the slow corners on the infield. You want to go on low wings to get good straight line speed, but you can loose too much on twisty infield. Our engineers is studying the all the data we can get of the track and drivers will be doing a lot of laps on free practice to find the best balance between speed and downforce. This time we hopefully get it right and are able to fight over the podium places again.?
