Phoenix F1, we all know, has been one of the first teams to announce their driver line up.

With the likes of Kieran Ryan and Jason Endean, the team is heading towards its first victory and surely will be fighting bravely for the top positions in the Championship.

There is, however, much to worry for team owner Andy Graydon, after Italian GP winner Kieran Ryan has been seen in a restaurant in Temple Bar, Dublin, with Arch-rival team EIRE manager William Ponissi.

The two are long-time friends, but what was going on at the table of the mexican restaurant was more than a simple friendly chat, and interested ears have declared that the two "were talking business".

Although both EIRE and Phoenix have confirmed their line-ups, there's enough material for the press to stir up the quiet silly season of F1VWC.

Will Ryan leave Phoenix? It is no surprise that the Irish driver is one of the long-sought seeds on Ponissi's shortlist of drivers, and the road to EIRE seems paved by Ryan's nationality.

The two disappeared into the maze of pubs of Temple Bar after the dinner, leaving reporters and paparazzi puzzled about the secret encounter.

Ryan raced for EIRE in the end of the 2003 season, marking the team first-ever Pole position in Indianapolis.
