Roald Reurink was delighted his drivers' performance in the trial race meant RR will be part of the 2001 GPVWC Championship.
"I am very happy that we made it throught the Trial. We have finally a place in the GPVWC!
It was a little disappointing that Ton Hoek didn't drive in the trial qualification, because of this he had 60 seconds penalty added to his total race time but in the actual race he still finished 3rd!
Bruno was very good, he drove qualification and the race. This says something about Bruno and his comittment.
I would like to thank Dan Lawrence and everyone at the GPVWC, but above all Chris Connolly for taking over A-Racingand giving Christian Neumann a fair chance to compete in 2001.
