The Malaysian GP is about to start! The race will last from 00.00 of Saturday 26th to 23.59 of Monday 28th. Scott Whiteman on Nordsjoen-Mercedes seems back to the old standards of quality driving which set the benchmark in 2004 and 2005, and will surely try to move on from the disappointment of Melbourne, last week - but the Australian will be facing good competitions in the shape of a faster and faster Laurentiu Albu and championship leader Mark Wicks. Here are some useful information to complete the weekend successfully, taken from the rulebook (the whole document can be read HERE).

17.1 Every driving session (Testing, Friday Practice, Qualifying and Race) must be completed using the appropriate game setup: the provided files (Physics, Performance File, GP4.exe) must be used, the difficulty level must be set to Ace, and only the allowed driver aids can be turned on. 17.3 All sessions have to be set on 100% length, and all possible failures have to be turned off. A reliability run will be performed by an Admin, and the results will be communicated to the affected drivers.

17.4 All files required have to be zipped and named correctly, as it follows: NAME_SESSION_TRACK.zip before being sent to lapchecking@gpvwc.com.

17.5 GPxPatch can be used to enable the In-Car Setup changes (Brake Balance and Differentials). Save/Restore is not allowed, while it is mandatory to tick the
