Laurentiu Albu closed his 2008 in style by adding one last jewel to his World Champion crown. The Romanian driver, who started from the pitlane, drove a consistent race and won the GP to round up a magnificient season.

Behind Albu, William Ponissi on Nordsjoen overcame a difficult weekend and scored 8 points, while Scott Whiteman was third and collected 6 points. The Australian driver was overall the fastest man on the track, lapping consistently in the 1m 15's, but a pit stop problem ended his race. He was classified due to the distance he covered being enough to award him points.

With this result, Nordsjoen Racing wins the Constructors' Championship, having scored 124 points, 3 more than 2nd placed Belami Racing.

The 2008 season is now complete, and teams and drivers can look forward to the announcement of the 2009 season, scheduled for December 19th
