Computrac Motorsports called a press conference within their new Brussels HQ to hear the outcome of the engine supplier bids to a convened crowd of media and team staff - the latter following the announcement with baited breath.

Team Manager Marco Vandenbroeck stated "I am delighted to tell you we have secured the services of our number one choice and it is a BIG name in Motorsport! But why should I have the priveledge of letting you know who it is, I shall pass that honour to the man whose direction and guidance will be key to our new partners....Mario Thiessen, BMW Motorsports Director!"

Mario Theissen takes to the podium. "It will be an absolute honour to be partnering Computrac Motorsports this year! The pride and determination shown by this team under it's previous moniker (Yellowbirds) is alive and seems to be stronger than ever! We look forward to seeing the new driving line-up put the BMW powerplant through it's paces and welcome any suggestions the team may have!"

Lastly Vandenbroeck asked the two drivers, Gavin Thomas and Ben Morgan for their thoughts on the newly acquired powerplant. Thomas commented, "I'm delighted with the BMW, I used their engines last year in Oz Racing and they gave me no concerns whatsoever. I can't wait to hit the track now!" Next to him the strong but silent Ben Morgan took up where his team mate left off."Racing is like a jigsaw puzzle! Not only do the pieces have to fit together but they have to make a bigger picture, I feel that this team will really make all the doubters believe! I've only been here a short while but I can see this team is something special!"

Only time will tell if team spirit and a BMW Powerplant will be enough to shoot Computrac into the points.
