Last time out at the Hungarian GP newcomer Matt Varley?s debut
lasted all but one corner. The 28 year old rookie was involved in an
unfortunate incident in the middle of the pack triggered by Woods Racing driver
Boyd Bryson. After the race Varley informed No Fear Racing that his decision to
pull out of the Supercup championship was due to limited practice due to the
timing of Supercup races.

With this No Fear Racing is very happy to welcome a driver whilst new to the
team, in no way new to the GPVWC, Ryan Walker. Walker has had a successful
career in the GPVWC to date racing for Oz Racing and Draig Racing in the
Superleague as well as Nordsjoen Racing in the Supercup picking up a win last
year. Walker had this to say about his transition to the team. ?Firstly I would like to say
a big thank you to Ojay for giving me the chance to race for No Fear in the
Supercup and hope to repay the team by getting a good result at the next race. I
am also looking forward to working with David my new team-mate who I raced
against at Abu Dhabi and feel we can both do a good job for No Fear?.

Team
manager Ojay Clark was similarly enthusiastic with the team?s new appointment. ?I?m
very pleased to have signed Ryan. The situation was perfect timing really, no
more than a few minutes after Matt told me he was unable to continue racing I
came across a post from Ryan on the forum offering his services for the
Supercup. Draig Racing have commented that their decision with Ryan to part
ways was partly down to the intense pressure of driving in the Superleague. If
that is indeed the case then No Fear Racing will surely serve as the perfect
environment for Ryan as the foundations of the team are built on doing your best
and most importantly, having fun, which of course is what sim-racing is all
about.?
