At a Wednesday morning press conference in Monaco, recent Constant Racing signing and new test driver Ryan Walker was asked by a journalist if a return to the Superleague as a driver will happen later this year and, if an offer from came in from a team offering a race seat, whether he would consider it.

"At the moment my focus is on helping Constant Racing with testing and helping them with stuff such as set up work, feedback on the car and other stuff such as tyres and fuel and helping Constant the best I can to develop the car and I am really thankful to Mark for giving me a chance to join such a great team such as Constant Racing, but obviously if an offer of a race seat came up then I would obviously think about it and hopefully my free practice outings show some teams I can be on the pace and can beconsistent".

Walker raced with the Nordsjoen Racing team in the Supercup last season in 2011 and picked up his first GPVWC win at Mexico last season followed by a podium atBarcelona and Spa in Belgium and other various points finishes. He also spent a season with Draig Racing in the Superleague but left halfway through after some issues and spent the rest of the 2011 season with TDR. Walker then resigned with Draig Racing but only done two races before leaving again due to losing interest and other problems but Walker said he never regretted racing with Draig as he learned a lot from ex team mate Lee Morris, "Lee I have a lot of respect for as he took me under his wing and showed me things in a set up that I never knew before and feel a lot more confident now and can push the car even more after gaining more confidence".

Walker admits that raceopportunities maybe limited but any offer that came up he would consider. "Obviously a race seat would be awesome but I will just wait and see what happens".

Hopefully Walker can find a race seat and get back on the grid and his free practice outings will give him a chance of getting a race seat.
