It is with great pleasure that Midnight
Motorsport is able to announce that a deal has been reached to extend the
contracts of both Lukas Euler and Alex Cooper for the 2013 season.

It goes without saying that this duo have
been key to the success of our team this year, securing the constructors
championship in Spa and looking all but assured of the drivers championship by
the time the season reaches its conclusion in Singapore for either Lukas or
Nick.

Both drivers made an instant impression
within the team from the very first laps of the pre-season schedule back in
February and we?re excited to be able to maintain this team stability heading
into what we expect will be a hotly contested 2013 season.

Lukas? position within the team should be
obvious to all. He will once again line up on the grid in Melbourne as the
team?s lead driver, most likely with the number one on his car should
everything go to plan throughout the remainder of the season. The experience and
knowledge that Lukas has brought to the team this year has proven invaluable
and his incredibly efficient, thorough work ethic has shown in the performances
on track, not only for himself, but also for Nick and Alex alongside him.

Meanwhile, we?re thrilled to be able to
confirm the services of Alex for another year; given that he is one of the
rising stars of the GPVWC, courtesy of his Supercup accomplishments this year,
we are all too aware that he would have been high on the shopping list of many of
our rivals and so it is a tribute to the hard-work, dedication and atmosphere
of the team that he would want to remain with us for the upcoming season.

Alex has been a great asset to the team, attending
every single test day and free practice session; he has been an often silent,
but crucial part of the team. Without the commitment and dedication he has
shown over the past few months we would not have achieved what we have
throughout this season.

Whilst his position within the team cannot
be pinpointed at this time, we are confident that whatever it turns out to be,
Alex is more than capable of delivering to both his, and the team's expectations.

really one question for
me. Where do I sign?

Really,
it was a no brainer, and I am more than happy to continue to drive for Midnight
Motorsport. Our aim now is to finish off the 2012 season in good form, and then
beat our own achievements in 2013, even though this will be a hard task!?

Statement
from Alex Cooper

?I am
very happy to stay on for 2013, as soon as the offer came to extend my deal it
was impossible to turn down.

The
teamwork and co-operation within the Midnight/CSG family is the best I have
experienced in a team and to go anywhere else would be silly. I am looking
forward to competing again next year, in whatever series that may be, and I
hope to replicate the success we have experienced this year.?

Statement
from Team Owner, Nick Rowland

?It?s
with great pride that the team announces the extension of these two contracts.

Lukas
came in as an unknown to the series but well known to Dave and myself.
Throughout this first campaign with the team he has gone above and beyond all
expectations and set the bar to an incredible level for 2013. To say we have
secured his services once again is great news for the team and I only hope that
we can deliver him a car capable of repeating these performances in 2013.

Alex
has become the ultimate reserve driver this year. Consistent, fast and
technically adept, he has worked wonders within the team and that has
translated back to Supercup where has come alive as the season has progressed,
with the title fight now going down to the wire. To have a driver of Alex?s caliber
within the team is a true privilege and we look forward to working together
once again in 2013.?
