With the first pre-season test upcoming this week Lee Morris has been gettingacquaintedwith his new team.

Having been with the Draig outfit for two years Lee now joins the famous Nordsjoen team after a sorry affair with the Draig team in recent times.Along with his teammate Dave Carr Smith who is also new to the team, Lee arrived in Valencia looking refreshed after a winter break from the GPVWC scene.

When asked how he is settling into his new team Morris responded by saying that"its been very informal so far which is nice, i have spoken to Will and outlined our plans and aims for 2013 butgenerallyits been very laid back and we know what we have to do, all of us in the team have the same mindset which is a great strength."

Lee has a new teammate this season having worked with Keith Storrie last season. He now pairs up with the remarkable Dave Carr Smith who is beingwidelytipped as a pre-season title candidate and there are murmurings of in team rivalry. Lee had this to say about Dave.

"Alot of people so far have been speculating that there will be some kind of Senna/Prost battle between us which may happen, but the truth is we are both very dedicated to our team and focused on moving in one direction which is towards the front of the grid. I have worked with Dave in the past so we know each other very well and I think the fact that both of us are very keen on planning andpreparationwill prove to be a great asset to the team."

Morris went on to discuss his aims for the upcoming season.

"The aim is always to win, but we have to be realistic, Nordsjoen like most teams struggled last season with the exception of Midnight, and now everyone is playing catch up including us. So early on we have to do the best we can and make sure we take the most that is given to us and make something of whatisn'tgiven to us.Basicallywe have to try to stay within reach of Midnight early on who we believe will be the pace setters and by mid-season we hope to be winning races and i have every confidence that we can do this."

With new innovations, new teams and new drivers, GPVWC 2013 is set to be a belting season!
