Racing Team Schroten will continue to run cars in the Formula Challenge. The Dutch team has been active in the GPVWC from the summer of 2011 in the Supercup, and from 2012 in the Formula Challenge. Zandvoort was the place where the car was shown, along with some test laps. Journalists were invited and interviewed team co-founder and manager Roy Schroten.

"For this year we wanted to have more experienced and stable drivers, and that's why we asked Chris Williamson. He is a very experienced driver who will be able to help the team and maybe get some points"?.

Chris: "Having competed in Formula Challenge for the second half of last season I knew that was where I wanted to be this time around, but with Nijo'swithdrawalfrom the competition I needed to find a new team. Luckily I've known Roy for quite some time, so when he offered me a chance to work with him at RTS for the 2013 season I accepted his offer without hesitation. I'm look forward to working with the team and hope that we can achieve some decent results together."?

The second driver for this season will be Scott "Scotty" Moore. "He drove some races in other leagues for us, and seems to be a fast and reliable. I'm sure he will get some good results," remarked Schroten.

Scotty: "Its a privilege and an honour to become a driver at the RTS team. It is also a great thing to be teamed up with Chris Williamson. He is a good driver who i hope to learn a few things from and improve myself as a driver and a racer. I will also be hoping to help him on track and together we could both achieve great results for Roy and his team RTS. I cant wait to get back in the seat and hopefully be at a more competitive level by the end of the season than the start and to pick up a few points along the way."?

Roy also told the journalists that there is more news to come about the team. "We are currently talking to NRT Racing for a possible partnership. If we can make that link, we can help each other to be stronger teams, but things have yet to be discussed"?.And with that Roy left the room to drive some laps in the car himself, and he seemed to enjoy the car, as he drifted through the corners.

The team is still looking for a test/reserve driver.
