At a press conference in Switzerland Vod:Bul announced their official return to gpvwc.com.
Switzerland is where it is believed Michael Pitman has been hiding and recovering since he left gpvwc.com back in 2009. Some say for tax reasons. Michael was last seen racing for Gear at the Irish Grand Prix nearly four years ago it was a surprise to see the Vod:Bul name back this season.

Vod:Bul Racing officially return in the Formula Challenge series for 2013. The team first came into the league in 2005. Then entering the Superleague in 2006-2008. The team moved up the field each year recording podiums and a race win in 2007.

Michael Pitman addressed the small crowd of media personnel gathered:

"Welcome and thanks for coming today, it's odd to be back doing this again and especially to so few people. We are back where we started in '05 ready for another exciting journey at gpvwc.com. I'm glad to be back and very happy to see some ex Vod:Bul guys still here and doing well. I am still keen on watching the Superleague and supporting those guys."

"Formula Challenge is where the real racing will be this year though. It's a place to develop raw talent and bring back experienced heads so we are doing a bit of both. May I introduce our teams reserve driver and car designer this season, Doug Hilliard."

Michael is joined by Doug on the stage, Hilliard last drove for Vod:Bul in 2005 GP2 picking up 80 points claiming 7th in the final standings.

"I am delighted to be working with Mike Pitman once more, to whom I am very grateful for allowing me the opportunity to be part of the Vod:Bul team again and take part in one or two races. The GPVWC appears to have grown from strength to strength since the last time I competed, way back in 2005."

"Having not done any racing since 2007, I may be a bit rusty at first, but the passion is still there! This year's Formula Challenge series looks extremely exciting and with a huge field full of drivers and colourful cars, I am sure the races will never be dull! I cannot wait to get stuck in!"

Michael went to speak of his delight of bringing Hillard back to the team, saying he was "happy to be able to bring Doug back into the Vod:Bul team, some of you will remember him from the old GP2 days or if you followed us in different championships. He's a great guy to have back."

"Now as for the race drivers.. In our second car i've brought in a driver with so much potential. The commitment he brings will see him go far and grow with Vod:Bul. Please welcome Dan Rusu."

Rusu takes to the mic:

"After a long abscence because of personal problems i wanted to come back to GPVWC. I didn't raced from some time but i do miss racing a lot and the only place where i want to race is too GPVWC. Here i was welcomed with arms open and I was given many advice and helped to improve my driving."

"I want to say a big thanks to Mike Pitman for giving me this opportunity and i hope i will not him down. After such a big time without racing he was willing to give me a drive and I appreciate it from bottom of my heart. I will drive with my heart and passion for racing and I will do as best as I can to see Vod:Bul as high as possible."

"!'m happy to bring Dan into Vod:Bul," Michael stated to present journalists, "He has had a rough time over the last few years and couldn't show his potential at Woods. Times change and with some help we can see big things from him."

"Now some of the more astute of you will notice there isn't a spare chair that's because the name of our lead driver is still a top secret for now. So I will invite you all back here soon to meet him."
