Phoenix F1 had a successful session in changeable conditions in Germany, with main drivers Kieran Ryan and Boyd Bryson running alonside tester Andy Graydon

All 3 drivers ran again for the 2nd pre season test, getting good mileage in the wet and also with a drying line turning completely dry (Andy Graydon was out early in the session for this weather pattern).

Kieran Ryan
Wet session only - best time of 1m28.947

"I seem to like the rain and have no issues in it. The car felt great to be honest, could brake really late and car turned in nicely. The only issue I really had was watching the traction in these conditions and having
a lot of patience. I was able to do 2 runs of 16 odd laps each, complete my run for the day
and improve throughout the session. Not sure if the rain increased on my second run but car felt a good bit slower."

Boyd Bryson
Wet session only - best time of 1m28.977

"Looking at the times is quite encouraging. Fastest was Lee, 1:17.4. That is my own PB around here, so unless Lee and the other top times were also sandbagging ... we're sort of close. DCS, Euler, Cooper, Shepherd, all sandbagging again I see. But then again, like I said before, you don't get a chance to learn much at a test like this, given the laps for cash constraint."

Andy Graydon
Early session was wet, then dried out - best time of 1m19.824

"43 timed laps. It was wet to start with, very slippery! Then a drying line formed, quite neat really. Onto yellows in pitstop, then had a couple of incidents, used my Valencia set up and changed gearing for 1st, 2nd and 3rd, went out on reds, doing 1m21's, then last laps decided to banzai it - 1m19.892! 2 seconds off the lead pace again.
