Long-serving Red Archer driver David Jundt has been notified by the team his contract won't be renewed for 2014.

The thought has been growing in the mind of David Jundt and Red Archer boss Nikos Evangelidakis for few weeks now and it is now public - David Jundt will be released by Red Archer at the end of the 2013 season.

All signs were showing the end of an era in the joint history of the Greek team and the talented Swiss ace, who joined the team in 2011 and drove three seasons, celebrating a Constructors' title.

In this period, David raced 55 times for the "Reds", climbing on the podium nine times, all of them in an unbelievable 2011 season when he had also scored in each one of the GPs, helping the team on its way to reach the title.

Despite the final two seasons provided Jundt with an uncompetitive car, the Swiss driver kept collecting points and doing good races.

Keeping only the best memories cause we can hardly recall any bad, Red Archer wishes David the best in his career for the future !
