Green Stripes Racing unveil the lineup they hope will boost the team back to glory after a difficult 2013 season.

Today GSR`s team manager Christoph Lichtenstein welcomed a crew of surprised journalists in the team HQ in Muhlen.

After a visit through the factory everybody sat down in a meeting room and Lichtenstein went on to present the teams 2014 line up

"Hello ladies and Gentlemen, after a difficult and disappointing 2013 season we want to do our best to get back some glory from our past season. Immediately after the flag fell in Brazil I worked very hard to ensure that GSR will get the best possible drivers available for what will be a very tough and challenging 2014 season. I will go present you with the drivers now.

No. 20 Mikael Tuomaala

"First off I must say big thanks to Christoph for having the confidence in me. After doing two SL races last season, I quickly realised this exactly the series where I want to be. Christoph and I got in touch and it was very clear from the start that this is a good fit. Even though we have two rookie drivers, I am confident we can get decent results right off the bat. We've got a lot of work ahead of us but we are all extremely motivated and can't wait to get started.

Tommi and I have known each others for number of years which is obviously a positive thing. We have good connection with each other which means our teamwork will be top-notch."

No. 21 Tommi Koivunen

"I want to say thank you for the team and Christoph for signing me for the 2014 season. We made good progress with Mikael when he joined Centurion last season in the Supercup, we are working very good as a team and Vinodh is a good asset for the team as he knows the technical side well and is good with setting up the car."

Reserve Vinodh Moodley

"I'm really pleased that I still have a role at Green Stripes Racing for 2014. Even though I had to step down from being a race driver, being the team's test driver is still a very important role for me and I will endeavour to work as closely as possible with the team to ensure that Mikael and Tommi get the best possible support for next season. 2014 will be a really competitive season and i'm sure we at Green Stripes Racing will be in the thick of the action!"
