Just days before the first pre-season test, 2013 runner-ups Nijo Racing confirm their driver pairing for the upcoming season.

With the winter break over and the first Superleague test just a few days away, Nijo Racing have confirmed their driver line-up with 2013 drivers Ruud Heesterbeek and Tom van der Voort both choosing to stay at the Cheshire based outfit for another campaign.

The team enters it's fourth GPVWC Superleague season hoping to repeat and perhaps even top their success in the 2013 season, where they secured the runner-up spot in both the Drivers' and Constructors' championships, plus a several individual race victories. Nijo Racing manager Chris Williamson has stated that the team is in great shape as a result of the previous season and that its renewed ties with its driving duo and engine supplier Trinity have provided valuable stability to the team.

Both Ruud and Tom have expressed their anticipation of the season ahead with Ruud hoping to once again challenge for the Drivers' title and with Tom hoping to put a disappointing end to the season well and truly behind him. However both are well aware that the quality of the field has yet again increased, but look forward to the challenge it brings nonetheless.

Negotiations are still in progress regarding the team's test/reserve driver with a signing due to follow in the following days.
