Greeks happy with season finale, announce unchanged lineup for 2015

Since the pre-season,it was very clear that Red Archer's target for 2014 GPVWC Superleague was not to fight for the championship or do podiums and dominate the races. The well thought decision to hire three GPVWC rookies for drivers and the unlucky ending of the engines bid indicated that a maximum of fifth to sixth place final position in standings would be pretty logical.

However some factors worked positively for the team results and gradually the confidence was increasing race by race. Deividas Misiulis proved to be a very skillful driver finishing considerably high in most of the races he participated and in top 10 of all racers of the league. Tommy Hagen while facing troubles through the season also scored significant points helping the team a lot. In addition Ben Horrill whose testing seat allowed him only four races scored eight crucial points at Spain also with great contribution to team results.

Moreover the team consistency and presence in races, the relatively good Research and Development plan that boosted the team a lot in first races and the precious team spirit drove to a big season end at Brazil.

With close standings after Suzuka race stop, team had to do the best for Interlagos to preserve fourth place in team standings. The race was hard and team cars were often in defending situations by faster cars when a tiny mistake could end any chance for points and race finish.

Deividas and Tommy drove very well, mistakes did not cost a lot and team is now expecting that after official final results, will be in fourth place of constructors standings finishing a successful season.

Finally and after initial talks with all team drivers Red Archer administration was happy to hear that drivers are willing to continue in 2015 season too.
