League veterans to field team of Schroten and Teien for upcoming season.

Woods Racing are pleased to confirm the drivers that will contest the 2015 Superleague season for the Southampton-based team. The team, known for their blue and silver liveries and Trinity engines, go into their twelfth Superleague season hoping to better their eleventh place finish in 2014.

Roy Schroten will drive the #22 car, having been confirmed earlier in the off season. He will be joined by Jarl Teien who impressed the team during his brief spell at the wheel of the WR14 at the end of last season and will no doubt be looking to make an impression in his first full Superleague season. Menno Klont completes the team as reserve driver after a successful year in the role at Kernow Sport; he showed his skill at the Young Drivers Test at Silverstone behind the wheel of the WR14.

Woods Racing are also proud to announce the continuation of their partnership with Racing Team Schroten in Formula Challenge and look forward to working together. The team will also be looking to work with a team in Supercup and will be fielding their own team in World Sports Series, World GT, International Touring Cup and Atlantic Series if accepted. Finally, the team will continue to supply their famous Trinity engines and look forward to discussing potential partnerships with other Superleague teams soon.

Ollie Woods, Team Principal
"I am delighted that our lineup is in place and ready to go to work before the festive period has really kicked in. I really feel that this is a potentially very strong lineup - our strongest in a while - and that we can deliver a marked improvement over last year's result. Roy is an absolute pleasure to work with and I'm glad we could keep him while working with his team to further both parties. Jarl was incredibly fast in a slow car at the end of last year and can really race with the best boys if given a powerful enough car."

"We tried to bring him in earlier on during preseason but he was already working elsewhere and I'm extremely grateful to Andreas Wauters for allowing him to join us for this season. Menno joins us after a successful stint last year as Kernow reserve driver and a very impressive trial in our car at Silverstone - I'm sure he'll be a great asset to the team both in testing and when called upon to race.

I'm also extremely pleased that Racing Team Schroten will work with us and I hope to be able to give their drivers an insight into what goes on in the Superleague. The team did incredibly well last year and will no doubt give their all in 2015. We are also pleased to offer our Trinity engines to our fellow Superleague outfits and look forward to opening negotiations soon. All in all, I believe that we have a lot to be excited about this year."

Roy Schroten, Race Driver
"It is an honour to get to drive another year with Woods Racing. I had to learn a lot about Superleague last year, but in the end it went better and better. With the team having some troubles throughout the season, the last few races looked very promising, both for Jarl and me. With Jarl staying, we have a good opportunity to keep that momentum going.

Menno is a great friend of mine, and I know he will be a massive force in the team. He is a hard worker, but also someone who can deliver when needed. The team is prepared a lot better than last year, so I have a very good feeling about the upcoming season and I can't wait to get into the Woods car again for the first pre-season test."

Jarl Teien, Race Driver
"I'm very happy to land a racing seat with Woods for the 2015 season, I believe we can be a strong force from the get go, Roy is good with setups and I think our teamwork is going to work well."

Menno Klont, Reserve Driver
"I'm very happy to get to drive at Woods, they are a good team which had some difficulties in 2014. In 2015 we all will try to get Woods back were they deserve to be."
