MadCape Racing Team have made the leap over to the GPVWC Career Ladder full-time for 2015.

This is only the third open-wheel championship that the team has entered, and the 2nd on an ISI GMotor platform based series. Most of the team's experience lies in touring cars and endurance racing, where most of their successes can been found.

MadCape's management had taken the decision to hire new drivers for it's Formula Challenge endeavours, instead of "insourcing" the task to its already large driver base. This decision was made in the hopes that the team could provide new drivers a different challenge within one of the most competitive sim-racing communities. The team feels that they have achieved this with their driver line-up, after signing a relatively new talent and offering him the chance to show his worth this season.

So without further ado, here is MadCape Racing Team's 2015 Formula Challengers!

Taking the Number 1 seat in the team is a relatively familiar face to many within GPVWC, Lars Brugman. Lars has worked with the team in a previous endeavour and impressed so much that he was one of the top candidates for the seat. After a deal was offered, Lars quickly snapped up the opportunity in the hopes of challenging his native team Ice Cold and their drivers for the title. MadCape management were happy about Lars' signing and will be giving him full support in his quest for glory this season.

Supporting Lars in the Number 2 seat this season is the relatively new talent, Adam Wright. Adam might be known to some within the community for his pleasing race results in the 2014 Open Series. He was very keen and eager to race this season, and was extremely grateful for being given the chance to show what he can do with the 2015 Formula Challenge car. MadCape management have full confidence that this young and untapped talent can deliver this season and, just as with Lars, they will be giving him their full support in his endeavour.

It's definitely an interesting combination, mixing experience with untapped talent. It's something very delicate, and if done right, can be very lethal in a championship. It will be interesting to see how these two drivers get on this year, roll on Round 1!
