We are pleased to announce that Walk Racing are adding a new driver to their books, this time, it's Englishman Cameron Brewster.
Brewster will be a name known to any fans of the Touring Pro Series Virtual Carrera Cup, where he finished a very credible 13th, with 120 points, ahead of many well known and well established drivers.

Cameron joins the team to race in the GPVWC World Sports Series, racing a car he knows well, the Porsche 997 GT3, as he raced in the Virtual Carrera Cup, teaming up with Estonian Risto Kappet for the teams first assault on the World Sport Series championship. The season starts at Catalunya in two weeks time.

We spoke to him before the first race to get his opinions on driving for Walk Racing. He said "being given the chance to race for Walk is something which honestly wasn't expected. I'm very grateful to everyone at Walk Racing for giving me this opportunity. From what I've seen so far, the team is extremely well organised and has levels of professionalism which I've never seen before in sim racing. I've had so much support already from everyone at the team and I already feel welcome and like I've been a part of them for much longer than I have".

"I'm a 23 year old computer science graduate, who has an unhealthy obsession with cars. Mainly Subaru's, but I think most people know that by now! I also run my own team, TSA Racing, which has been going since the summer of 2012. Aside from those probably obvious points, I'm seemingly quite handy when it comes to racing Beetles but not much else!"

Team boss Mr. C said "We are so pleased to welcome Cameron to our team, he has shown great promise in the Virtual Carrera Cup where we first spotted him, and we are looking forward to spending more time working alongside him. I think the combination of him and Risto in the GPVWC WSS will be potent, and as a fan, I will be watching that battle with interest".

Jon Grainger, Team Principle, concluded by saying, "I have been extremely impressed with the level of commitment from Cameron, and I've thoroughly enjoyed getting to know him better over recent times. We cant wait to see his pace in the first WSS race, and how he grows as a driver now he is part of the Walk Racing family".

We would like to welcome Cameron to our team, his first race will be in two weeks time, with reports and analysis on our website.
