Welsh outfit announce their 2015 line-up for the World Sport Series.

Last week, the GPVWC administration announced that Fanatec Draig Racing would return to the World Sports Series for a third year in a row, much to the delight of the Hirwaun based outfit.

Team Manager, Ben Willis was quick to thank the admins, "Its brilliant to keep our stay in WSS alive for a third year in a row. Over the last two years we have gradually improved and this year we aim for a top ten finish in the constructors, A massive thanks to the GPVWC admins continued faith in us as an established outfit."

With that, Willis continued on to announce the 2015 line-up,

#14-Morten Wernersen
"Morten returns to the WSS championship with us after replacing Oskari Kantonen midway through last year. he proved to be a solid points scorer with the pace to challenge for podiums, so we are delighted to retain his services for 2015."

"With my short stint in World Sports Series last season for Draig, I kinda got a good feeling to come back and do more in the WSS and do another season. So I was happy to be approached by Ben to do a full season, hopefully i can build on the results I had last year."

#15-Martin Lepassar
"Although some may view him as a rookie in these parts, from what I've seen Lepassar has the ability to perform at the sharp end of the field. He is a fast, mature driver with a friendly persona and since joining Draig as our Formula challenge reserve, he has quickly made himself feel at home. I fully believe Lepassar can challenge in the top echelons of the WSS field this year and we will support him in his development all the way."

"After great season in the Estonian Porsche league topped off by winning it, it was great to move on to bigger league. i would like to give a big thanks to Draig Racing for the opportunity and Risto Kappet for the recommendation."

Before bringing the conference to a close, Team owner Mike Phillis was on hand to show off a few digital renders of the 2015 car and had a quick word to say.
"This is our third year in WSS, we all know what happened in our third year in the Superleague. With the drivers we have and my full trust in my management staff im sure we can over come this omen."

Willis provided an insight into the design for the Media.

"For 2015, we have decided to stick with the amazing 2014 design by Doug Hilliard of Zedderick design, albeit with the sponsors updated for our 2015 catalogue. We unanimously decided that we liked the design too much so it made sense to stay with it for this year."
