One of the rookie teams in this years Masters Series, RPM Racing, have confirmed their driver lineup for their 2016 campaign in the series.

Ahead of this weekends opening rounds of the GPVWC Masters series, RPM Racing are able to confirm information on their driver line up.

The newly founded RPM Racing team has been working hard in preparations for it's first event, after being accepted onto the GPVWC Masters grid.

The team is pleased to welcome Josh Anderson to the lineup. Josh will be driving the #31 car for his return to the track in 2016.

"I'm really looking forward to getting back on the GPVWC grid with RPM Racing. Over the last few months I've discovered just how good rFactor 2 feels, and with some top-10 finishes in a touring car league elsewhere I'm really hoping that I can do well for the team this year.

I'd hope I have points scoring pace as points are something I've been missing here at GPVWC! If I can be consistent and drive the car well, then I think I might stand a chance, but we'll just have to see how it goes at Silverstone before I can make any solid targets."

The #32 car will be driven ultimately by Matias Canapino, but not immediately as Team Manager, Rob Mason explains.

"The intention was for Matias to complete the season in the car, but unfortunately he is having a few technical issues. Therefore, I will drive in the opening rounds this weekend, to give Matias time to get sorted.

Overall though, I'm pleased that we are sorted and on the grid. Josh is well known here at GPVWC and is an ideal person to help the team start its journey. Matias is a relative new comer to GPVWC, having only completed a handful of races, so I'm excited to see what he can deliver this season.

We're staying very realistic with our objectives this year, the strength of the grid is impressive so if we can grab a few top 10s we'd have to consider it a success."
