Alex Siebel takes his 4th win in 5 races, being closely hunted to the line by Edge Esports Peter Brljak - but post-race penalties affect the final result.
Qualifying was won by home favorite Geoffrey Fournier in his well upgraded Epic, beating Alex Siebel by 0.092s. In third was Petar Brljak wis his season best Qualifying and regular frontrunners Jordan, Costa and Millan in the top six.

The front two were equal off the line but Fournier had a moment out of Turn 1 which invited Siebelto a move for the lead which he never gave away. Petar Brljak lost a few positions in the start, but put in a very aggressive strategy to clear himself from rest of the top pack to hunt down Siebel for the latter part of the race, finishing only 0.9s off the lead in the end.

Dennis Jordan picked up his third podium of the year thanks to making a 2 stop work in a group of 3 stopping cars, albeit 26.9 seconds off the lead. Geoffrey Fournier ended up in 4th after a race long battle with Ricardo Costa who was running as high as 2nd in the opening laps, but eventually had the short straw of tyre strategy and wear.

Yuri Kasdorp finish sixth after starting only 23rd thanks to a grid penalty. Having started on medium tyres, he lost little time in the opening laps traffic and then made the most of his pace on supersofts in the end.

Another big winner was Jarl Teien in seventh, having started from the very back in 28th and having equally good speed to his teammates to get well into the points.

The biggest disappointment of the night was Risto Kappet down in eighth, having qualified only seventh, he lost that place to Liam de Waal early on and despite clearly superior pace, could not break free of traffic until only halfway through the race, thanks to comparably low top speed.

Bart de Vos made a solid comeback to a series he has competed in since 2011 and another legend of the previous era, David Fidock, did a good job to come home 10th after a much less impressive peformance in qualifying.

The result unleashes Alex Siebel into the distance on the drivers championship, 21 points clear of teammate Risto Kappet who in turn has to worry more about Jarl Teien and Geoffrey Fournier respectively nine and 14 points behind.

ACR Zakspeed extend their 50pt lead to 54pts over Edge Esports with most of the standings stabilizing in the same way. The closest fight in the constructors championship is for 9th place with Red Archer, EVAL and Edonis all being within a point of eachother.

Next race, round 8 out of 18 will be held at the Red Bull Ring in Austria.
