It was officially announced today that DPI Racing have left the GPVWC. This news comes after a serious set of disagreements between ALL of the GPVWC Administration & DPI MD, Dan Prescott.

League Administrator, Dan Lawrence, commented "It is a great shame to have to announce this, but effective immediately, DPI Racing are no longer with the GPVWC. This follows a MAJOR disagreement which forced myself to leave the team, afterwhich an attempt was made by the team to arrange a 'boycott' of the GPVWC. The reasons given for this 'boycott, were preposterous and missed the point why I quit DPI completely."

Lawrence concluded "A league member who blatantly tries to arrange a 'boycott' is directly intending to harm the GPVWC itself. This is our main concern and is why we have asked DPI Racing to leave the GPVWC."

It is thought that a Swedish team is set to take over DPI's team slot and deals....more details will be posted as they come in.

Dan Lawrence is rumoured to have agreed a deal with BA Racing - which will see his DPI contract bought and the British driver racing for the team in time for the Brazilian Grand Prix.
