Mapes-VO possesion Kieran Ryan got to race afterall for the Mapes-VO and here are his race comments....

"Qualifying for me was brilliant. To have a car under you (for once), is the best thing. The rear of the car stuck, which is something I think is hard to get. I should of been 6th but for a rule, for which

I was only told later, I disqualified. But thanks to smart work by Matt, I was reinstated, 22nd and with a penalty of 60sec. Certainly heart-breaking to start a race knowing before you turn a wheel, whatever time you get, you will be added an extra 60sec onto"

"The race went smoothly as planned. My 3 stop strategy worked well, as did the car. My fastest lap shows our performace. I had 2 small enough problems during the race, the tyres went away on the 2nd stint and also coming in to the pits for my 2nd last stop, Mikko was

also coming in, so I had to go through and come back the next lap, only to run out of fuel in the pits. Thankfully on that lap I conserved enough to get me through. They filled me up and I requested and extra 2 laps of fuel, thankfully, as I just finished with .4 left in my tank."

"Brazil next and Mapes-VO can only improve. We are progressing on further in the development of the car and once into Europe we can really excell the car to its full and through potential".
