Pedro Daniel Miguel has taken the 1st win of his GPVWC career at Interlagos, Brazil. The Portugese driver drove a brilliant race to win in his BMW powered Hernj-Roaldo, almost 1 second clear of 2nd placed MCR driver, Andrew Turner. Mapes-VO managed a strong result salvaging somthing from an otherwise disastrous weekend with Kieran Ryan in 3rd place.

CVRT had a good results with 4th place and 10pts for Australian Darren White. Andrew Creek managed points aswell for CVRT, in a race of extremely high attrition he finished in 8th position.

Dan Regan got the better of team mate Peter Harding with another strong race result, he finished in 5th place taking 8 valuable Championship Points. Harding finished in 7th also taking some valuable points for the team.

KRB had a mixed weekend. James Davidson failed to race after a strong qualifying, but their new test/reserve driver put in a very respectable performance to take 6th place in his 1st GPVWC outing.

BA Racing had a weekend to forget. Dan Lawrence managed just 32 laps before a car failure, while team mate Mal Mckee managed just 13 laps....both drivers finished 9th & 10th respectively.

The final points scorer was Dizzo driver Chris Day, again finishing in 11th place despite retiring very early in the race.

The attrition rate was fairly high at Brazil, with 4 cars retiring of engine failure... 2 of these cars qualified in the top 3.
