Panasonic Stealth-Honda have at last found the test driver they have been seeking for months, and his name is Karl White. The team and White are currently awaiting final approval of a contract that would see White join the team immediately as the Test and Reserve driver. White, a native of Dublin Ireland, has been driving with GP3 for nearly 7 months and recently completed the driver shoot-out at Kyalami, posting a fastest time of 1:16:717.

Stealth have been without a test driver since the departure of Bernardo Bercht, who failed to make any effort with the team. Team Principal Ted Cragg stated that "It will be great to take some of the workload off of Joe and Andy, and Karl has been very impressive with his attitude and potential. We really believe that we lucked out in signing him, he will be a tremendous asset to the team."

Upon final confirmation, Karl White will thus be the newest member of Panasonic Stealth-Honda.
