The Cornish team launches their latest car, the MW5, in what amounts to a revolution with a new engine and colour scheme.

Time flies. It only feels like yesterday we were promoted to Superleague but here we are, already unveiling our 5th car. The MW5 is an all new beast for an all new sim. It also has a new engine installed in back, the Potentia PGE-04, as we embark upon an exciting partnership with Midnight Motorsports Potentia engines: chosen for their historical success and incredibly affordable product.

The design team has worked wonders again over the winter to get this car together and out on track on schedule. It looks sleek and well packaged. Along with the new PGE-04 power-plant there are a host of changes to the MW5 over last year's model. A new 8-speed gearbox, a DRS system and a new tyre contact patch model will be something all the drivers will have to "get to grips with".

Traditionally we carry out preseason testing using an all yellow livery and reveal our main colours prior to the opening race. This year though we would like to unveil our full season livery to you all ahead of testing.

Whilst still retaining our recognised colours, our car has normally featured a black chassis base with orange and white stripes/areas. For this year though we have gone white for the base, and striped up with the other colours, plus with a bright yellow, this year. We think it looks cleaner and smarter, that it stands out more and looks less of a "Bertie Bassett" then previous seasons. Please take a look for yourselves as Mark takes the new MW5 out for an installation run, ahead of this week's opening test in Barcelona.
