The British GT Cup is an event held at the Silverstone Circuit, Silverstone. The event debuted during the 2013 World GT Series season in which it was sponsored by Whata-Designs. The event debut was marred however by a mass disconnection following qualifying of multiple contenders for points including Constant Racing's David Stanton. Alessandro Puoti, part of Vod:Bul Racing (closest championship contenders to Midnight Motorsport at the time), was also one of the casualties. For the 2015 season, the event will again feature in the revived World GT series on rFactor 2.
