The GPVWC Vintage Series is one of the latest additions to the league for 2016. It runs monthly on non-Career Ladder Tuesdays.
The series has two primary aims; to provide a series for those who do not yet have the ability to upgrade to the rFactor 2 platform whilst also acting as a Historic series. As such, the cars in use are a challenge to drive and rookies to the league may have difficulty adapting. Following a standard 15 minute qualifying session, the drivers take part in a race equivalent to roughly 50% the race distance of Superleague races As can be inferred from the first of the Series' main aims, it is the only league product in 2016 to utilise rFactor.
