Early Years
James has been sim racing from a young age. James joins RaceDepartment in 2003 in the RPMTCC series, where he becomes a multiple podium winner. James also ran for 3 seasons in the RDTCC series at RaceDepartment, visiting the podium many a time. James then the joined the RDLMS from 2008 to 2012, becoming a multiple race winner in various classes. He went on to join the Touring Pro Series, becoming a race winner in various championships.
2013 to 2016
In 2013 James joins the GPVWC League, driving for Taskanen Racing in the Formula Challenge Season. He continued with Taskanen Racing, until he was offered a spot in MadCape Racing. James went on to accumulate multiple podiums and race wins during this time. His highlight was to win the 2016 GPVWC Formula Challenge Championship. Also in 2015 James join the Virtual Endurance Championship (VEC) League, competing in the GTE-AM class. Then in 2016 with VEC, James scores a 5th place in VEC Room1 with GT-AM, and multiple podiums with the Porsche 959 Hybrid VEC Room1.
