The GPVWC Awards are yearly awards for the Career Ladder teams that are presented at the end of each season, typically during GPVWC Day. Celebrating different categories in each of the three Career Ladder series, they are a way to recognise some of the outstanding performances of each year. As of 2018, the winners are chosen by their respective series' team managers, a jury of their peers, to bring the GPVWC tradition a new level of authority.
