The 2019 Career Ladder numbering system was used to allocate car numbers to all teams at the beginning of the 2019 Career Ladder season, generally carrying on from the system introduced in 2015, but now expanding to two blocks of 2-99, as a result of the introduciton of Superleague Lights.

Number changes
In addition to the numbers assigned to the new Career Ladder teams, several existing teams swapped their numbers for 2019.
Former owners marked in bold have retained these numbers in another numbering block.
Former owners marked in italics did not compete in the Career Ladder that year.
