Red Bull Ring, formally known as the A1-Ring', is a circuit in Spielberg, Styria, Austria. It recently has changed its official name to reflect the energy drinks purchase of the circuit.
As the A1-Ring, the track first featured on the Superleague calendar from 2002 to 2005. The Austrian circuit took a hiatus until returning in 2008 as a replacement venue. It would feature during the Masters Series in 2010 before a return to the pinnacle of GPVWC racing for the 2011 and 2013 seasons.
