Mikko Jakonen is a Finnish driver in the GPVWC and is a double Superleague World Drivers' Champion, winning in 2002 and 2004, each time for the Mapes-VO team. After retiring at the end of 2005, Jakonen returned to the GPVWC with the Vod:Bul team in Formula Challenge for the start of the 2013 season.
