The 2014 Spearhead Platoon Monaco Grand Prix was the sixth race of the 2014 Superleague season and took place on the Circuit de Monaco on the 8th May. CSG Racing's David Fidock took pole and fastest lap of the race, but it was team-mate Lewis Redshaw who took the victory, jumping ahead as Fidock was forced to take a 10-second penalty for speeding; Fidock then misunderstood the penalty and had to come into the pits twice. Ruud Heesterbeek finished second ahead of Fidock. As it finished, Redshaw and Fidock were tied on points at the top of the championship, with Redshaw retaking the lead based on a superior number of race victories.
Conversely, Midnight Motorsport, CSG's closest rivals, had a torrid round, with both cars retiring. Monaco being Monaco, attrition was quite high; only 16 cars finished the race while 6 cars never made it to the end of lap 2. As usual, however, there were some who profited from this; struggling ST Racing got their first top-10 finish of the season, thanks to Sven de Vries, while Mikael Tuomaala's 9th scored Green Stripes' first points of the season; ironic given that Tuomaala and his teammate Tommi Koivunen crashed into each other.
