Denis Mitchell is a South African sim-racer who participates for Deltec Racing Team in the 2015 Formula Challenge season.

Early Years

Denis: I have ex real world race experience, i used to race 1000cc superbikes as well as 600cc supersport in my region and have won some races too. My grand father was one of the founding members of out local race track Killarney and also raced motorcycles. My father raced rally cars as he is in a wheelchair, so had to use hand controls and at times was able to using hand controls in a manual car beat the SA champion. Racing is a family passion and something we see as in our blood. I am very passionate about racing, but i am also a fair, good sport...i give space when possible, i dont force drivers off track as is my team mate. My team mate and i have many side by side races in our league without incident. We believe we have what it takes in speed but also the right mindsets to be able and capable of driving amongst the best drivers. . Denis also participates in various other South african Leagues.

2015

Denis joins Deltec Racing Team as primary driver in the 2015 Formula Challenge season. This is an exciting year as we have grown from 2014. He will partner Adam Ozgur, who participated in the 2014 Formula Challenge season.
