Bromley-based outfit break Supercup silence in wake of GPVWC Day with full team reveal.
As the teams first full year at GPVWC, 2014 should be considered a success. Through the hard work of primarily Scott Berrisford, Eric Stranne and Hansko Mebius, the team ended up in the tight battle for second in the Formula Challenge Teams Championship. Ultimately though, main rivals Tanskanen Racing proved too strong and edged Enterprise by only two points.

Despite this disappointment, team principal James Kirk has had nothing but positive vibes heading into the winter period. Taking no excuse to rest, the Brit has been working hard to ensure that his outfit are well prepared for 2015 and with the news through that Enterprise has secured entry into the Supercup series next year, that hard work has paid off.

So, it is without further ado that Enterprise GP can announce that its 2015 Supercup line-up shall consist of Formula Challenge star Jonathan Holmes alongside Danish ex-Superleague driver Morten Wernersen. Finn Teemu Valkeejarvi shall be continuing reserve duties with the team as he heads into his first full Formula Challenge season.

Holmes, who joins us from fierce rivals and now defunct Tanskanen Racing, already has Supercup experience with 2014 Teams Champions Edonis Engineering. Having also partnered Wernersen during the 2014 Spearhead Platoon Monaco Grand Prix, the team family ties were already close:

"'Well after a nice run in the Formula Challenge season, I got my introduction into the league of GPVWC! This season I have been offered a drive in Enterprise GP where I will need to step up and face the behemoths that behold within the Supercup! I believe there will be many drivers fighting and brawling for that number one spot, so it's not going to be easy. Let the battle commence.'"

Wernersen, who joins us from the best new Superleague team of 2014 (Vod:Bul Racing), already had one year worth of experience in Supercup before his short stint in Superleague this year. He returns to the Supercup with the intent of capturing multiple strong results again:

"It is a great pleasure for me to sign with Enterprise GP. It is of course a step down from Superleague, but the challenge is the same. I want to thank James Kirk for the opportunity and I hope to get a couple of good results in the coming season, together with my new team mates!"

Valkeejarvi , who joined the team half way through 2014, remains as reserve driver into the Supercup era for the team.:

"I joined GPVWC last season and I was lucky to meet James Kirk who then gave me a reserve seat in his Formula Challenge team. Enterprise has been a great place to be and now it's also got a spot in Supercup for next season. Bringing in two very quick drivers to the team, Im sure its right place for me to be in order to learn how to become a better simracer. Im going to do my best for the team and hope we will have great in season 2015."

Though 2014 had its strengths, there were also plenty of sour points to pick up on. With this new-look line-up spearheading the Career Ladder campaign of 2015, Kirk hopes that this is the beginning of a fantastic year for the Enterprise GP.
