Jonk GP launches in low-key event

Jonk Grand Prix launched their 2002 GPVWC challenger this afternoon..The Dutch based team held a rather low key affair, and revealed very little info about their plans for 2002.

Joost Jonk: I'm confident about the performance of the car this season. We have a great package and a very good engine with good people. We must be aiming for the top4 this season. I gave the shakedown myself and it is a reliable car which is quite fast.

Chief Mechanic: I'm very happy i signed for JonkGP. The team have very good facilities and I am looking forward to a good season.

Chief Designer: I think we made a reliable fast car. The car has a very high amount of potential to develop it. I know for sure that the drivers will like the way the car drives.

Chief Engineer: The car looks very good and Ithink it will be a car with an easy preparing setup. Everything is looking good for the upcoming season. We must be able to score 2 wins.

Commercial Manager: We have succeeded in getting some good sponsors. JonkGP have a very good bank balance for the upcoming 2 seasons.
