Mikko Jakonen could do absolutely nothing to stop a dominant display by Pedro Daniel Miguel, who started from Pole and went on to win the race in Silverstone.
The third step of the podium was occupied by a surprising Blair Disley on the usually underperforming Dizzo.
A curious incident involved EIRE driver William Ponissi, whose engine caught fire after just two laps. The Irish-Italian driver was later seen exchanging some harsh words with the Ford engineers in the pits.
