Toikka'd

When somebody takes you out from a long distance away while lagging. This name was given to this phenomenon after the GPVWC Race of Champions Round 1 between Teemu Toikka and William Ponissi after Teemu lagged into William from another end of the track and giving William a puncture.

This name is commonly used in GPVWC when a car lags into another taking it out.
