A dry race saw Petri Loukasmaki (Mapes-VO) take his maiden (and well deserved) F1VWC victory. Shiro Ryong (SCUM) took 2nd place over 5.547 seconds behind, with Mikko Jakonen (Mapes-VO) 8.335 seconds off the lead.

Jakonen still leads the Drivers Championship, although Shiro Ryong claws back some points in what is turning into an increasingly close battle.
