Daniel Wilkinson (EIRE) took victory, ahead of Mikko Jakonen (Mapes-VO) - so Mikko can't win the 2003 title. 3rd went to Petri Loukasmaki (Mapes-VO).
So, Ryong needed to finish 4th to be crowned Drivers Champion, or Wilkinson would take the Title! And Shiro Ryong did come 4th - a brilliant season end, taking the Champoionship by 1 point after 16 gruelling races! EIRE also snatch 2nd in the Constructors from SCUM on wins countback!
