Scott Smith - DL Racing number 1 driver - released the following press release today.

"I was recently looking through the league rules and noticed something I missed before. It is the rule that allows drivers to use steering help. I would like to have this rule changed for the next season so that anolog control drivers can't be allowed to use steering help. The reasons for this is that it makes the car much easier to drive and throw it into corners much harder and get on the gas alot sooner as well. The computer is basically correcting oversteer for you.

I did 15 minutes of practice laps around Canada to test how much time can be cut off and found that I was instantly able to pull 4 tenths of a second off and felt I could still go faster. On a final note I would like to challenge any driver who may be using steering help to not use it and keep the driving skill in the drivers hands, not the computers."
