Phoenix F1 team boss Andy Graydon today confirmed that recent rumours regarding the team having signed Matt Maple as Race Driver for 2004 were "untrue".
"We are currently talking to one driver in particular ,as our earlier forays into the driver market have not proved fruitful. However, this is also far from a 'done' deal".
