Phoenix F1 team confirm that the PF1-02 will appear at Monza

The Phoenix F1 team had been running an interim version of its 2003 challenger under the guise of the PF1-02 since early January 2004. Press speculation at the time indicated that it was their new car.

But that has been confirmed as an incorrect summise by the Press. "The new for 2004 PF1-02 (GP4) will highly likely make its first appearance at Monza this coming week", commented team owner Andy Graydon.
