The FinOz team again impressed the media with their comments on recent Barcelona testing. We can see the team soon becoming the fans favourites with the amount of news they seem willing to share!

Steve Elencevski's comments:

"A very positive test in Barcelona for the team & for myself as our package is getting considerably better. We concentated on some long runs early on in the session, then tried some qualifying style laps, with some very good lap times. Looking forward to the Silverstone test, where Kari & myself have an intensive 4 day programme to get through."

Kari Koski's comments:

"I enjoyed being back at Barcelona, track suits well on my driving style and has all features good race track has, fast corners, slow corners, tight brakings and long straight. Balance of the car wasn't the best possible, some oversteering specially on high speed corners which isn't nice. Imagine power slide while doing 250+kmh and i had few specially on last corner. One big spin into gravel, but that was it no damage to the car, but the walls wasn't to far away.

At the end the test was positive for me and showed how much the bhp really counts. We were more or less over 0.7 seconds quicker than first pre-season test. We still have a lot to do to be really up there with few teams, but i'm really looking forward to the upcoming season.

Next up Silverstone where weather can play big role. As Steve said we will doing both 2 days of testing there and main focus will at race simulations and high fuel load qual runs, if the weather is suitable."

Juha Tanskanen's comments:

"As Steve said earlier second Barcelona tests were very promising to us. At this point of Pre-season we are already in very good shape, as we

have been able to improve our performance step-by-step in every test session so far. Designers and engineers have made great job as they have developed the car to be faster and faster and as I've said in my comments many times before, Ferrari has again done a great job with the engine.

As you guys already know, i tested 2 days this time. On 3rd day i was concentrated more on qual setup and 4th day i was more concentrated on race setup. We didnt have any kind of problems and we got our testing criteria completed, so i am quite happy. As Kari said earlier i am not testing at Silverstone, because he and Steve want to finalize our pre season testing program and we all have to remember the fact that i am only a test driver, Steve and Kari are the race drivers and as we are so close of the start of the season they need every lap they can get more familiar with the car, as we are going to have some new aerodynamics solutions tested on car at Silverstone.

Well i guess that was all this time, thanks."
